This is a great home for a large family and features the largest amount of space on the Sun Ray property. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The covered front porch is nicely sized. A lounge area on one side of the front door and a patio dining table set on the other. Through a sliding glass door on the porch, you have access to an enclosed side porch that can serve as a kids play area or a place for additional storage.
Downstairs is the first bedroom with a king sized bed. There is also a small bathroom off the bedroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and baths, one room featuring a queen bed with ensuite bath that has a walk-in shower, second room with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower, the third room is the largest with a full bed and two twins. One final bathroom is across from the largest bedroom and has a tub/shower combination.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, along with a microwave, blender and toaster. It is also equipped with a Keurig machine (drip pot coffee maker available upon request) and all the cooking and serving utensils you need for your stay with us!
This home has central air/heat along with cable TV and WiFi access. You will have four off street parking spaces in our private lot, with access to parking permits for street parking if needed. Beach Badges included.
This home is a total of 1649 sq feet and has direct access to a small back deck with a bistro table and chairs, with private propane barbeque grill.
Pricing and additional information
We rent weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or seasonally. Weekly rate is $5,699.00 plus taxes during high season, 6/21 through 8/30. Rates are reduced during the off season, contact us for additional information.
This rental requires a $1000 security deposit and $300 pet deposit (per dog) if applicable. Both deposits are refundable with no damage to the house or property. Non-Refundable Fees: standard cleaning fee and if bringing a dog, a pet cleaning fee.
