The Poolside Apartment at 32 Central Avenue
Attached to the West side of the pink house is a 600 sq foot, 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. There is a separate entrance with private deck at the back of the pink house that overlooks the pool. There is also a small portion of the pink house front porch designated for the apartment side and offers lounge seating with chairs and a bistro table.
The living/dining/kitchen is an open concept space with the bedrooms on either side. The larger bedroom is at the front of the apartment with a sliding glass door to the porch and features a queen size bed. The small bedroom is at the back of the apartment and offers two twin beds. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and oven, along with a microwave, blender and toaster. It is also equipped with a Keurig machine (drip pot coffee maker available upon request) and all the cooking and serving utensils you need for your stay with us!
The home has central air/heat along with cable TV and WiFi access. You will have two off street parking spaces in our private lot, with access to parking permits for street parking if needed. The private back deck offers a table with chairs & umbrella. Your propane barbeque grill is located on the side of the pool area. Beach badges included.
This apartment can be combined with the house for larger families who need the added space. There is an adjoining locking door between the apartment and house that allows access to both spaces, when rented individually this door remains locked on both sides.
Pricing and additional information
We rent weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or seasonally. Weekly rate is $2,999.00 plus taxes during high season, 6/21 through 8/30. Rates are reduced during the off season, contact us for additional information.
This rental requires a $500 security deposit and $300 pet deposit (per dog), if applicable. Both deposits are refundable with no damage to the house or property. Non-Refundable Fees: standard cleaning fee and if bringing a dog, a pet cleaning fee.
